Volunteer Program Overview

BAM volunteers come from all walks of life (retirees, college students, corporate professionals, responsible teens, families, etc.). We have a wide range of opportunities that help support the lives of the pets in BAM's care. We need volunteers at all times of the morning/afternoon/evening at the adoption center.  Volunteer at our thrift store ( be first to find great treasures!).  Remote work includes grant writing, fundraiser organizing, IT/website assistance. Assisting at adoption events, transporters and dog walkers! We would love to talk with you and find what works best for you and BAM!

 

Some volunteer positions or tasks do require training, particularly when handling BAM dogs. All necessary trainings will be arranged by the Volunteer Coordinator at the earliest convenience.
